Spin & Team Up for iMessage (“the App”) is developed by 2316 Arts. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information with 2316 Arts.
The App does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or developer-operated servers.
Information Stored on Your Device
To provide its features, the App stores the following information locally on your device:
- Sound, haptic, and visual-style preferences
- Saved presets and preset-order preferences
- Your most recently used wheel options and team-member lists
- Premium entitlement status
This information is used only to operate the App. You can remove saved content within the App where available, or remove the App from your device.
Messages You Choose to Send
When you choose to send a wheel result or team result, the App creates a message containing the options, names, and result you selected.
That message is sent only through Apple’s Messages service to the conversation you choose. 2316 Arts does not receive, store, or have access to your message content.
In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time Premium purchase. Purchases and restoration of purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit.
2316 Arts does not receive or store your payment-card details or other payment information.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple’s Messages framework and StoreKit solely to provide iMessage sharing and optional in-app purchases. Their handling of information is governed by Apple’s policies.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any names or text entered into the App remain on the user’s device unless the user chooses to send them through Messages.
